Here is a glimpse from how Ek Pahel, with speakers Inayatt Gogia and Saachi Sood, organised an empowering workshop to spread awareness about women health and hygiene, discuss importance of menstrual cleanliness, educate about puberty and its phases. The also tried to improve the lives of these amazing women through distribution of sanitary pads while addressing its crucial need. 💜🩸 We also gave live demonstrations on how to cultivate a healthy vegetable at home, providing these women with the skills to grow their own nutritious food easily at the lowest cost possibe 🌿🍅.
